Ariana came to holistic health because conventional 20th century medicine (allopathy) could not help with her chronic pain and fatigue syndrome labelled, as much as dismissed as, “fibromyalgia”. She retrained to support your health from the inside out.

She qualified with a Master’s Degree in Medical Sciences from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine with a double Diploma in Naturopathy and Osteopathy. She won prizes in Visceral Osteopathy and Clinical Psychology. Ariana’s post-graduate specialism is in Functional Medicine. She completed the Applying Functional Medicine in the Clinical Field (AFMCP™-UK) training in 2018 and the Gastrointestinal Functional Medicine training in 2019.

She is a member of the Institute of Functional Medicine, where Dr Rangan Chatterjee (of BBC One “Doctor in the House”) was also a student. She also offers gait analysis for the prescribing and purchasing of custom orthotics. She also has 10 years of experience as a qualified Sports and Holistic massage therapist.

Ariana completed her certification as a K-Laser Therapist in 2021.

She also trained in Cranial Osteopathy from 2016 to 2018 and completed two modules in Osteopathy in the Cranial Field through the Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy.

She enjoys alternative rock music, history, literature, and yoga and Pilates. She is also a self-confessed cheese addict. She is a native French speaker and consultations may also be carried out in French as required.
